Anjolie Ela Menon is one of India’s leading contemporary artists. Her preferred medium is oil on masonite but she also works with glass and watercolours and is a well known muralist. She is best known for religious-themed work, portraits and nudes that incorporate a vibrant colour palette in a variety of styles from cubism to those that reflect the European Renaissance.
