Indian Contemporary (IC) Art was conceptualized in 2002 to spread the idea and form of Indian art beyond its historical and geographic borders and into the contemporary modern world.

Over the years, IC Art has curated and exhibited a number of art exhibitions, both in India and overseas. It has attempted to assist its viewers in experiencing and understanding the visual language by presenting different mediums of artistic expression. These vary from traditional to experimental, from modern to contemporary, be it photography, oil, acrylic, water colour, mixed media or sculpture.

IC Art represents some of the finest works from well established artists as also from the most promising emerging talent in India today, some with whom a relationship has spanned 2 generations and over 40 years. The artist community is spread across different disciplines, genres and mediums and IC Art is actively involved in curating art exhibitions, art consulting, sourcing as well as commissioning of art works. The entire experience is personalized by understanding individual requirements, sensibilities, spatial context and budget constraints.
